Requirements

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and modern web technologies

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of product development for new people-centric tools, from ideation to deployment
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions for HR, culture, and recruiting domains
  • Collaborate with research teams to incorporate the latest AI models and share relevant feedback for iterative improvements
  • Apply best practices in software development, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality products
  • Innovate on how AI, particularly large language models, can be leveraged to improve talent management and organizational culture
  • Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends to keep products at the forefront of innovation
  • Explore the application of large language models (LLMs) to optimize HR and culture-related processes

Other

  • 4+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles at tech or product-driven companies
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with loosely defined tasks and competing priorities
  • Background as a founder or early engineer at a startup is a plus
  • Passion for building company culture and recruiting innovative talent
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to understand business strategies and translate them into technical solutions
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their challenges
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, HR Business Partners, recruiters, researchers, product managers, designers, and operations staff
