- Apply best practices in software development, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality products
- Innovate on how AI, particularly large language models, can be leveraged to improve talent management and organizational culture
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends to keep products at the forefront of innovation
- Explore the application of large language models (LLMs) to optimize HR and culture-related processes
Other
- 4+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles at tech or product-driven companies
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with loosely defined tasks and competing priorities
- Background as a founder or early engineer at a startup is a plus
- Passion for building company culture and recruiting innovative talent
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to understand business strategies and translate them into technical solutions
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their challenges
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, HR Business Partners, recruiters, researchers, product managers, designers, and operations staff
