WeRoad is looking to develop and enhance its customer-facing platforms, including its website and Content Management System (CMS), to improve user experience and operational efficiency, and to remain at the forefront of travel technology innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full stack development with autonomy in project management
- Strong expertise in Laravel, Typescript, and Vue.js (or React)
- Solid understanding of PHP and Laravel framework
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Proficiency in database management with SQL, including Postgres, BigQuery, or MySQL
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub, including CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end solutions aligned with UX/UI designs, ensuring quality and performance
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to identify technical solutions that meet business needs
- Design and implement new features for our website and CMS, contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability to deliver an exceptional user experience
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members on best practices and innovative solutions
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability

- Experience in Agile methodologies and delivery management
- Familiarity with SEO, UI/UX principles for mobile and desktop applications
