Vector Airport Systems is seeking a Software Engineer to provide Level 1 support, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement for their SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Demonstrated professional experience providing Level 1 support in a recent position
- Strong proficiency in C-Sharp, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, and AngularJS.
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Visual Studio
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for Jira board, including issue triage and resolution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain and develop applications using C-Sharp, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, and AngularJS.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and other business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Availability to occasionally work off-hours for critical support tasks

- This is a remote position available only to candidates residing and authorized to work in the United States.
- Proof of residency and work authorization will be required.
- This role involves live video collaboration with team members during Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Applicants must be able to participate in live, on-camera daily stand-ups, screen sharing, and code reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- U.S. based residency and work authorization.
