Dropback is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help collegiate sports teams win by building software that powers their Front Office operations, including roster construction, scouting data integration, contract management, and player payments.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern web frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of SQL and experience working with OLAP or real-time analytics systems.
- Proven ability to take features from idea → production → iteration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features across the stack—from frontend to infrastructure—serving high-visibility sports programs.
- Build scalable systems for ingesting, transforming, and visualizing sports and contract data.
- Collaborate directly with the founders on architecture, technical decisions, and long-term product direction.
- Ship fast and thoughtfully—balancing speed and quality in an environment that values autonomy.
- Participate in customer calls, on-sites, and events to understand how real teams use your work.

- 4+ years of professional full-stack experience.
