Requirements
- Experience building products using the Ruby on Rails framework.
- Comfort working in Ruby and Rails.

Responsibilities
- Building and enhancing features that deliver timely, relevant updates for physician engagement with medical content.
- Driving technical improvements across the stack (Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, GraphQL, MySQL, AWS) for the Newsfeed and supporting products.
- Translating product vision into practical, user-focused solutions within a cross-functional team.
- Continuously iterating on existing features, leveraging analytics and user feedback.
- Contributing to a culture of technical excellence through knowledge sharing and code reviews.
- Proactively identifying and resolving complex issues to ensure the Newsfeed remains a trusted resource.
- Working with small product and engineering teams to build production software.

- Manager-of-one, can work independently, focused on the delivery of functional solutions.
- Occasionally filling the gaps and helping the product and commercial teams make good decisions on how to move forward.

- The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $175,000 (inclusive of salary + equity).
