Requirements
Familiarity with nodejs, React, AWS, PostgreSQL tech stack a plus
3-6+ years of software engineering experience in a high velocity environment
Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship new products and features-including AI-powered automation and intelligence- that directly impact how contractors estimate jobs, manage crews, and track profitability in real time.
Build and ship AI-driven features that set new standards for the industry-intelligent estimating, predictive crew optimization, and automated insights that help contractors make better decisions faster
Own system reliability and performance: ensure our platform is secure, observable, automated, and built to scale as we grow
Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to translate ideas into elegant, practical solutions that customers love
Continuously refine our technical standards and processes-from testing and deployment to documentation and code review-to improve how we build and ship
Champion a culture of craftsmanship and collaboration, helping shape how our team grows, learns, and delivers together
