Requirements
- Strong fullstack practical coding skills
- Experience with machine learning and AI technologies, particularly in the context of personalization and recommendation systems
- Experience with product-led growth strategies and implementing viral loops
- Experience with user segmentation and cohort analysis
- Experience with data analysis and experimentation frameworks
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions to support user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize user onboarding, feature adoption, and overall product experience
- Implement tracking and attribution systems to understand user behavior and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives
- Contribute to the development of AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems to enhance user engagement
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and translate them into technical requirements
Other
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time

- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on growth engineering or related field
