Requirements
- TypeScript expertise and comfort working in an existing codebase
- Strong database experience, ideally having worked with structured human data, e.g. candidate and recruiter data)
- UI development skills for dashboards and lightweight internal tools
- Experience with systems integration and automation (e.g., Slack, APIs, workflow automation)
- Bias for experimentation and learning — ability to balance scrappy MVP builds with scalable engineering practices
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards (“Paratools”) that surface insights from candidate and recruiter data
- Develop Slack automations that streamline recruiting operations and communication
- Connect and integrate systems across the business to enable faster experimentation
- Ship MVPs quickly (in hours/days), then scale proven experiments into robust systems
- Surface unseen opportunities and boost team impact with intelligent automations for repetitive workflows
Other
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize growth initiatives that directly impact business metrics
- Background in Series A/B startups or fast-moving environments (experience at automation- or workflow-driven companies like Notion, Zapier, or similar is a plus)
- Computer Science degree (preferred, not required)
