Fourier is looking for a Software Engineer - High Frequency Trading to design and optimize automated trading strategies that drive impact in global financial markets.
Requirements
- Expert in Java, C++.
- Proficient in Software development, Software design.
- Solid computer science fundamentals.
- Expert C++ or Java development skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing electronic trading strategies that run in a production environment.
- Proven track record in software design and development.
- Experience building enterprise systems and low-latency applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, deploy, and operate existing and new automated trading strategies for Futures, FX, IRS, and government bonds.
- Work with Quantitative Researchers to optimize GFI’s execution costs by improving signals and order placement strategies.
- Exercise sound software engineering judgment, balancing tactical and strategic trade-offs to meet short- and long-term commercial goals.
