Blue Yonder is looking to develop AI-powered workflows and agents using their state-of-the-art GenAI platform to drive end-to-end, autonomous, and sustainable supply chains.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Python and basic understanding of data processing or machine learning workflows.
- Strong interest in Generative AI and familiarity with at least one LLM API (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face).
- Comfortable working with SQL and basic data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Java
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM chaining, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing suites
- Familiarity with LangChain and vector stores
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand their functional needs and help translate them into AI-powered workflows or agents using our GenAI platform.
- Assist in designing, developing, and debugging AI workflows that use prompt engineering, LLM chaining, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Contribute improvements to the platform’s tooling, including prompt libraries, reusable templates, and developer experience features.
- Write clean, maintainable code in Python or Java to build and test new GenAI features or platform components.
- Monitor the performance and reliability of AI services and collaborate on fixes and improvements.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing suites for GenAI services and workflows.
- Implement small enhancements and fixes across internal tools and AI components used by partner teams.
Other
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills to understand and support internal teams with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX in a hybrid environment
