Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Software Engineer to build scalable, elegant solutions for the Disney+ Android application across a wide array of devices, aiming to create the best Live and video-on-demand (VOD) applications in the world.
Requirements
- Comfortable with Git basics
- 1+ years of production experience with the Android SDK
- Experience using common Android libraries
- Experience with unit testing
- Familiar with architectural patterns (MVI/MVVM or equivalent)
- Some experience with Reactive Programming or Dependency Injection
- Experience with Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Dependency Injection, Gradle, Databases, Reactive paradigms, coroutines
Responsibilities
