The business problem that the job is looking to solve is to build the next-generation Dealer Management System that powers the automotive industry for DMS+ Fixed Operations team

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (C-Sharp preferred; Python, JavaScript, or Java also considered)
  • Strong understanding of modern frameworks and development tools
  • Academic, internship, or professional experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also a plus)
  • Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub)
  • Contributions to open-source projects or collaborative coding initiatives (e.g., GitHub repositories, hackathons)
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and enhance productivity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications based on provided specifications
  • Design and implement unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate on functional test planning and execution
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within assigned applications or functional areas
  • Document solutions and processes to support team knowledge sharing
  • Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to team improvement by sharing knowledge and best practices

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • 4 years' experience in a related field
