RoadRunner is looking to accelerate the road to Zero Waste™ by leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and data-driven strategies to modernize a vital industry and provide streamlined, cost-effective, and sustainable waste and recycling services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in full stack web development.
- At least 1 year of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/TypeScript*
- Basic understanding of database design and querying, including knowledge of SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Strong sense of curiosity and openness to using different technologies and continuing to strengthen their technical skill set.
Responsibilities
- Writes code, debugs and performs unit testing in all application layers and data access layer in accordance with RoadRunner's technical standards
- Participates in code reviews with manager to ensure accurate code and design techniques are being used and to further technical knowledge
- Assist in the full software lifecycle activities including project planning, requirement analysis, design, development, quality assurance and documentation
