Frost is looking for a Software Engineer I to write, test, implement, and document solutions for assigned programs and applications across the organization, aiming to provide next-level experiences to users of their systems.
Requirements
- Ability to think critically and solve problems with unique solutions
- Strong understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures associated with programming
- Demonstrated experience with A, B, and/or C languages
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or C-Sharp
- Experience with Genesys technologies and tools
- Experience in developing IVR applications
- Experience with VoIP and SIP development
- Experience with developing SQL
Responsibilities
- Write, test, implement, and document solutions for assigned program modules under direct supervision
- Support assigned IT systems/applications by troubleshooting and resolving defects
