Axon is looking to test, verify, and validate firmware and software behaviors for their CEW (Conducted Energy Weapon) development team, supporting products like TASER Core, Civilian, and VR. The goal is to improve the quality and performance of life-saving devices through enhanced testing processes and automation.

Responsibilities
- Create, or further develop process improvement materials such as, but not limited to documentation, acceptance testing, and automation verification.
- Validate behavior expectation of products, development of suite of utilities in supporting cross functional groups, or custom creation of fixture equipment from start to finish for non-production environments.
- Bring online Automated Test Stations (ATS) which will be responsible for build project code and tools, locally deploying them, and performing extensive test suites.
- Independently getting to develop small to mid sized simple mechanical “test fixtures” which will be used to exercise physical interaction with devices, with no need of human operation.
- Creating, updating and distributing documentation of system performance, or validation procedures in preparation for new release candidates.
- Interact directly with all new product development from the CEW group, and personally contribute towards taking the continuous improvement and quality assurance of every update to the next level.
- Using Git as a tool in collaboration work will be part of the role.
