Development of a specialized medical reference application focused on pediatric trauma algorithms for the University of Rochester.

Requirements

  • Core SwiftUI Development
  • Experience with and knowledge of a modern object-oriented programming language and framework Required
  • Experience retrieving and writing to databases Required
  • Experience with industry standard development tools and technologies, including IDEs, such as Visual Studio, and source control tools, such as Git Required
  • Device testing on Apple iPhone as stated above
  • Handling provisioning profiles
  • TestFlight deployment

Responsibilities

  • Develop a dynamic user interface allowing rapid transition through the trauma algorithm.
  • Create a consistent user experience across all views
  • Optimize for institutional deployment on Apple-supported devices, including the iPhone SE (2nd generation) and newer.
  • Design user friendly layouts optimized for clarity and ease of use
  • Create reusable components to ensure consistency as well as allow for critical updates.
  • Convert trauma algorithm to conditional logic flow with user facing decision support tools
  • Debug app logic and UI issues

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience Required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Required
