Apex Fintech Solutions (AFS) needs to design and implement the future of their GCP cloud-native, event-driven (Apache Kafka) microservice architecture to support their high-volume, high availability trade clearing platform.
Requirements
- Experience in Java, Python, C++ or Go.
- GCP cloud-native, event-driven (Apache Kafka) microservice architecture.
- Build resilient, self-scaling, self-healing services.
- Build, deployment (CI/CD), and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty).
- Write high-quality, well-tested code.
- Experience in the job offered or as a software developer.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the future of our GCP cloud-native, event-driven (Apache Kafka) microservice architecture.
- Give technical thought leadership and high-quality system design to our high-volume, high availability trade clearing platform.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain diverse foundational services and SDKs used by product development teams.
- Build resilient, self-scaling, self-healing services that allow you to sleep through the night.
- Support the production systems that you build.
- Build, deployment (CI/CD), and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty).
- Maintain high code-quality standards across your team via code reviews.
Other
- Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a software developer.
- Hybrid role-Occasional telecommuting permitted in Chicago area.
- Salary: $110,000/year.
