Cox Automotive is undergoing a digital transformation in the automotive industry. The Inventory Management Services team needs to develop scalable services to manage vehicle inventory workflows, including listings and pricing intelligence, to improve dealer efficiency and consumer experience.
Requirements
- C-Sharp experience.
- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing on AWS is preferred
- Experience with designing and implementing high volume web services.
- Strong database development skills, including advanced SQL, relational and NoSQL database technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Development languages/frameworks: C-Sharp, JavaScript, Stencil, Javascipt.
- Databases: MSSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, MySQL.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high volume Microsoft .NET C-Sharp web services using industry standard tools and frameworks.
- Build modern UIs using Stencil.
- Participate in architectural sessions and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Design and maintain schemas in our databases.
- Write efficient SQL for loading and querying data.
- Live by Agile (particularly Scrum) principles and collaborate with team members using Agile techniques including test driven development, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain Cox Automotive's position as an industry leader by exploring new technologies, languages, and techniques in the rapidly evolving world of high volume data processing.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field.
