Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS for web application hosting
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, Azure, deployment/release processes , function apps, storage accounts, VMs
- Understanding of DNS, Certificate lifecycles, topology
- Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
- Understanding of networking as it relates to no public IP infrastructure and Hub-Spoke Topology
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Oracle Administration
- AWS Knowledge
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS for web application hosting
- Manage DNS configurations
- Certificate lifecycle management
- Oracle administration
- Implement industry standard cloud security practices
- Design, implement, and manage automated build pipelines and release processes using Azure DevOps
- Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and conduct root cause analysis during outages or performance issues
Other
- U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 2+ years of experience in software development
