Microsoft's OneDrive and SharePoint services are rapidly growing and need a Software Engineer II to design and deliver systems that provide world class Identity Management, Authorization and Policies to protect and secure customer content.
Requirements
- Coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 1+ years Industry experience in Identity Frameworks including Oauth, Authentication, Authorization, OpenID Connect, JWT, Cryptography, CyberSecurity.
- 2+ years Industry experience with cloud-based systems at scale.
- Experience with building cloud-scale infrastructure components.
- Awareness, passion, and experience related to cloud scale distributed design and patterns.
- Familiarity with secure software design concepts.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects that include multiple components.

- You will write clean, efficient code and comprehensive tests.
- You will build coverage with metrics and telemetry to ensure we understand exactly what is happening with our services at all times.
- You will deliver features that will support and serve hundreds of millions of customers around the world.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Ability and eagerness to work across and partner with multiple engineering teams to achieve business goals.
