The AIOps (BRAIN) team within Azure E+P is dedicated towards making Azure the world’s most reliable cloud by bringing automation and intelligence in the cloud space to improve reliability of Azure. We are a customer obsessed team that is passionate about solving complex cloud health problems at scale and developing platform and services utilizing AI/ML and automation to improve cloud health management and even prevent outages from occurring.
Requirements
- 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 2+ years software development experience demonstrating feature development in cloud services.
- 2+ years experience in data structures, algorithms, coding and the analysis of algorithmic complexity.
- Excellent design, coding, testing, debugging, and communication skills; demonstrate growth mindset and apply learnings to improve continuously
- Fluency in at least one programming language
- Experience on LLM/agent related projects is a PLUS
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and deliver features & quality improvements to improve the Brain experience for all Azure services.
- Work with partner teams to design, implement, integrate pipelines to enable end to end workflows.
- Contribute to debugging, troubleshooting complete stack of a service, and drive analysis of cloud health problems; write software and build automation to resolve problems permanently.
- Review ongoing design, architecture, standards and methods for operating services and systems; assess design and code changes to drive improvements.
- Participate actively in code reviews, bug/issue triage with the feature teams, and support well informed decisions towards business and engineering goals.
