Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Applications Team is building the next generation of their applications running on Azure, integrating Dynamics 365, Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud services to deliver high-value, complete, and predictive application scenarios across all devices and form factors for intelligent and highly scalable contact centers.
Requirements
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 2+ years of professional software development with hands on exposure to distributed systems
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions
- Experience with building infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience in developing and debugging products and test code within REST and gRPC
- Experience with proficient coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing highly usable and scalable new application capabilities and enhancing existing capabilities to meet the needs of our customers
- Developing and debugging product/test code in a distributed platform using C, Azure, and Power Platform
- Own quality and devops for your code
- Troubleshooting live site issues as part of both product development and live site rotations
- Ensuring high reliability of applications and services through intelligent monitoring and alerting
- work closely with Program Managers and other Software Engineers to optimize design, quality and functionality
- implementing features towards a wide variety of services within Dynamics 365 products portfolio as well as ensuring they are built to meet enterprise quality standards and cloud scale requirements

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
