Microsoft is looking to solve complex problems at scale in the Business & Industry Copilots group, which is responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Microsoft Industry Solution and more.
Requirements
- 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to Typescript, React, Python, C-Sharp, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience conducting efficient design and architectural discussions.
- Experience with fast-paced, demanding project environments and an interest in driving effective discussions and outcomes in an ambiguous setting.
- Experience building and maintaining cloud distributed microservices and web APIs OR front-end responsive, performant, and accessible web applications (preferred).
- Experience with LLM based coding and automation tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead by example within the team by producing extensible and maintainable web applications and services.
- Optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on call to monitor web applications and services for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
- Engage in design discussions to advocate for and drive general improvements across our technology stack and product group.
- Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience providing professional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred)
