Microsoft's Agent Flows team is looking to solve complex challenges and shape the future of agentic automation platforms by designing, building, and delivering innovative automation services and experiences that empower makers and enterprises alike, leveraging AI-first Cloud Automation capabilities in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Requirements
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 2+ years of industry experience in service development, successfully shipping services through multiple releases.
- Experience creating AI-centric experiences, or familiarity with building AI orchestration systems
- Experience utilizing generative AI, conduct experiments, and evaluate AI effectiveness in product improvements.
- Experience building scalable applications and services with Azure or other scalable cloud platforms with robust performance, resiliency, telemetry, and security.
Responsibilities
- Creates and implements code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable.
- Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.
- Supports using intelligence from algorithm training in deployments.
- Seeks data analysis systems and computing frameworks to enhance models.
- Helps create, apply, and verify models in real-world products through iterative processes.
- Deploys multiple models and assesses their performance.
- Contributes to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight.
Other
- Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
- Contributes to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provides estimation.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
