Qualtrics is seeking a Software Engineer to assist their PaaS team in creating a world-class digital-first customer experience by working on an automation platform that executes millions of workflows daily in real-time, crucial for client success. The role involves solving critical problems with immediate customer impact and optimizing large-scale problems.

Requirements

  • Has developed scalable, fast, robust, and rich web-based solutions to solve complex business problems, using the latest frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding background.
  • Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation, and build/deploy systems.
  • Experience building large-scale web applications or distributed services.
  • Experience building high-performance RESTful services.
  • 5+ years working in a full-stack web engineering position.
  • Experience with Typescript/React/Node/NestJS, Aurora MySQL, S3, and PHP.

Responsibilities

  • This role will primarily work with Typescript/React/Node/NestJS, as well as Aurora MySQL, S3, and PHP to develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance.
  • Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers.
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings, participate in Ops review, take part in design meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to customers.
  • Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple SaaS solutions.
  • Develop familiarity with containerization and full-stack development.
  • Learn to implement new functionality from provided requirements and specifications.
