Parsons is seeking a Software Developer/Engineer to develop new features, improve existing ones, and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring comprehensive testing, support, and documentation for their Federal Solutions team serving US government customers.
Requirements
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
- Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity and experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in front-end development with React, NextJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes
- Create and manage tickets in Jira
- Document processes and projects in Confluence
