Microsoft Azure CXP team's mission is to transform Microsoft Cloud customers into fans by maximizing the quality, reliability, and security of the Microsoft Cloud and optimizing customer experiences. The IcM Incident Management Service is a mission-critical service in Azure CXP that aims to be the One Incident Management System for all Microsoft services, enabling efficient incident management and service health. The job is looking to improve incident and outage mitigation efficiency and boost the productivity of on-call engineers across Microsoft by delivering AI-powered solutions and experiences in IcM.
Requirements
- 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 1+ years of experiences with AI/ML technologies.
- 1+ years of experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Azure
- Experiences in building, evaluating and optimizing AI models, experience with Prompt and Context Engineering.
- Understanding and knowledge about big data and writing queries with Kusto/KQL.
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate and maintain services and applications for Microsoft Incident Response and Management.
- Ensure and improve the engineering fundamentals of the services and applications, including security, reliability, performance, compliance, accessibility, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test and ship new features.
- Design and build scalable, production-grade AI solutions integrate with IcM eco systems and experiences.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field OR equivalent experience.
