Bank of America is seeking a CI/CD Automation Engineer to implement and support CI/CD automation for a large Agile development program, ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with source control management systems and code-branching strategies is required
- Experience with one or more scripting or low-level programming language required
- Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
- Proficiency in one of the following disciplines: Salesforce or Unix-based Operating Systems
- Solid grasp of SSH & TLS concepts (SSH keys, certificates, etc)
- Experience with one or more scripting or low-level programming language is required (Python is preferred)
- Experience developing complex build/deployment solutions using tools such as: Jenkins, Artifactory, CodeScan, Ansible Automation Platform, ANT, XLR, and Octane are preferred
Responsibilities
- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
- Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
- Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
- Understand and troubleshoot complex CI and CD automation implementations
