Bank of America is seeking to develop and deliver complex requirements to accomplish business goals, specifically in the area of Informatica development with Salesforce expertise in application support.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing timely resolution to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
- Monitor and troubleshot ETL jobs, workflows and mappings
- Integrate Salesforce with internal Oracle DB and Salesforce application
- Handle Salesforce REST API integrations, ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce and external systems.
- Utilize expertise in Apex trigger and async Apex development to provide support for Salesforce applications.
- Write efficient and optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for production incident analysis.
- Quickly understand the application code base and provide impact analysis for production issues.
Responsibilities
- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
- Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
- Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on issue resolution and project progress.
- Work closely with Platform/Level2/Development partners to triage the production incidents and document the root cause with additional analysis details.
