SailPoint is looking to solve the problem of maintaining identity integrity, account management, and extending capabilities to non-human objects like AI Agents, bots, and service accounts within their Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform. They aim to build a roadmap of features to enhance their offerings for customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in developing server-side, object-oriented programming in Java and Spring Boot
- 2+ years of SaaS production support experience running on and utilizing cloud-native services from AWS
- 1+ years of experience in the implementation of event-driven architecture
- Experience developing microservices in multi-tenant SaaS application
- Experience implementing RESTful APIs for an API-first application architecture
- Experience using SQL/NoSQL, EKS, Kafka, Redis
- Experience using monitoring, alerting
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, implementation, and deployment of efficient, maintainable, robust microservices to deliver medium-to-high complexity features
- Set a high bar for code/design reviews and fortify the team’s coding/quality standards
- Adopt an iterative, continuous improvement approach to ship and deploy product features
- Develop/adopt testing frameworks, test plans to improve code quality and continuous delivery
- Continue to maintain the “We built it, we maintain it” SailPoint culture
- Devise monitoring capabilities to analyze application behavior and performance
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and logging for our services to proactively monitor, catch, and mitigate potential Staging/Prod impacting issues
Other
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with a demonstrated record of increasing responsibilities
- FedRamp Capable - must live in the US and be a citizen
- Experience or desire in working with remote teams
- Great communication skills
- BS in Computer Science, or a related field
