Microsoft is looking to build and enhance the platform that powers its partner ecosystem, specifically within Partner Center & Marketplace. This involves developing foundational services and experiences that enable partners to build, publish, sell, and grow with Microsoft, while also helping customers discover and deploy solutions. The goal is to make business interactions with Microsoft simpler, more secure, and more intelligent by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like generative AI, Azure, and LLMs.

Requirements

  • coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • designing, developing, and shipping software solutions on a Cloud services platform (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud etc.)
  • building and working with scalable Web Services, REST APIs with NoSQL and/or SQL based backend data store.
  • experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and large language models (LLMs) such as GPT or Claude Sonnet.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage GitHub Copilot, and the latest generative AI models as you work across APIs, big data, services, and user experiences that operate at global scale
  • building the platform and infrastructure services that power the Partner Portal (partner.microsoft.com), Partner AI Assistant, Partner Security and Partner Enrollment
  • explore and innovate using cutting-edge technologies like Azure, OpenAI & LLMs, Data & ML
  • drive business processes and contribute to strategy and broader vision
  • working on services that are built from the ground up and influence the design and architecture of our services
  • take ownership of feature areas, drive innovation with the latest AI technologies—including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Studio, and GitHub Copilot—and deliver solutions that scale
  • Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.

  • Remains current in skills by investing time and effort into staying abreast of current developments that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
