Microsoft Advertising is looking to solve the problem of building next-generation customer relationship management solutions that unify advertiser data, enable intelligent workflows, and deliver actionable insights across sales, marketing, and service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience applying knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
- Experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with large-scale systems and API design
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data models
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts for workflow automation
Responsibilities
- Design & Develop CRM Solutions: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM for advertising workflows (Sales, Marketing, Case Management).
- Data Integration: Connect CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (Power BI).
- AI-Enhanced Features: Support AI-first initiatives and automation capabilities within CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve seller efficiency.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Must be able to work from the office at least four days per week, if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location
