NCR Voyix Corporation is looking to solve problems related to transforming, connecting, and running technology platforms for self-directed banking, stores, and restaurants by optimizing their API architecture for increased speed, reliability, and scalability, and by developing and integrating new features and third-party services.
Requirements
- Application development (such as Ruby or similar);
- Object-oriented coding; and
- Database (such as Structured Query Language (SQL)/Postgres or similar).
Responsibilities
- Releasing new features and bug fixes for the Freshop API core.
- Analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying complete and robust solutions based on feature stories.
- Optimizing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) architecture to achieve increased speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Identifying, assessing, and integrating with third-party services to extend platform functionality.
- Identifying, designing, implementing, and testing new features for process automation.
- Creating solution technical designs to maintain the code base for enhancements and fixes, including review of requirements specifications and preparation of technical specifications, unit testing, code reviews, and associated technical documentation.
- Maintaining API core for bug fixes, including responding to, analyzing, and resolving tickets and other support escalations.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Computer Science or a closely related technical field and two (2) years of experience in an application development and support occupation.

- Annual salary range: $120,050 to $200,100.
- The position is eligible for full-time telecommuting and can be performed anywhere in the United States.
