Solera is looking for a Software Engineer to support data-intensive applications and system integrations, focusing on middle and back-end development to transform the vehicle lifecycle into a connected digital experience.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with C-Sharp .NET and SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of data processing, performance optimization, and backend architecture.
- Exposure to screen scraping and basic knowledge of bot detection and CAPTCHA handling.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of version control in git
- Ability to understand complex infrastructure environment
- Experience with testing framework like NUnit, xunit or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and data workflows using C-Sharp and SQL Server.
- Write efficient, scalable code to process large datasets.
- Assist in implementing screen scraping techniques and strategies to limit bot detection and CAPTCHA challenges.
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to integrate with external systems and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

- This is a full-time in-office role located in Westlake, TX just off of highway 114.
