Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) team needs to architect, design, and build advanced connected systems and tools using AI and microservices architecture to enable real-time management and support of critical business functions, and develop automation for these functions while simultaneously designing an AI-powered recommendation engine.
Requirements
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience in software development experiences with Web development (React, JS, Angular, OR Equivalent), Cloud Development (Azure, AWS, OR Equivalent), Service development (.NET, OR Equivalent), CRM Development (Microsoft Power Platform OR Equivalent)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing efficient solutions.
- Applies a data-driven approach to create seamless integrations with various upstream and downstream systems.
- Experience delivering solutions with Artificial Intelligence (AI) services and or infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Creates and implements code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable.
- Contributes to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight.
- Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
- Contributes to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provides estimation.
- Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.
- Remains current in skills by investing time and effort into staying abreast of current developments that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
- Shares knowledge and code assets with the engineering teams.

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
