Microsoft is looking to build and operate cloud services that form the backbone of the M365 Copilot Experience, enabling advanced productivity features for users worldwide.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience C-Sharp (Asp.net Core), Python, or JavaScript, and familiar with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with AI technologies including natural language processing, semantic search, and intelligent agents, utilizing frameworks like Azure OpenAI or Semantic Kernel.
Responsibilities
- design, build, and operate cloud services that form the backbone of the M365 Copilot Experience.
- work on high-scale, distributed systems that enable advanced productivity features for users across the globe.
- collaborate with a diverse group of engineers, PMs, and designers, and work closely with other teams across Microsoft to deliver robust, efficient, and secure services in the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem to meet OPG's (Office Product Group) core service needs.
- Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
- Contributes to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight.
- Creates and implements code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable.
- Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
