Hinge Health is looking to integrate digital and in-person care for improved outcomes and a better member experience with the launch of HingeSelect. They need a Backend Software Engineer to build and shape this new product from the ground up, focusing on scalable, performant, and accessible applications.
Requirements
- Golang, gRPC based micro-services
- Golang, gRPC, AWS, Postgres, Redis, and temporal
- trunk-based CI/CD
- HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and CCPA
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
- Good understanding and practical knowledge in cloud based services (e.g. gRPC, protobufs, temporal, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud services such as AWS, etc.)
- Experience with AI technologies for software design and coding assistance

- Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years of non-internship full time professional software development experience
- 2+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
- Experience delivering large software projects or features in a production environment
