Rippling needs to build the compliance backbone of its benefits ecosystem, translating complex regulations into reliable, automated systems to ensure customers remain compliant and employees are covered efficiently and seamlessly.

Requirements

  • You have +3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful and reliable user-facing products from end to end, preferably with Python, Django, Go, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality enterprise-grade software products, managing the entire product delivery lifecycle to ensure excellent outcomes, as well as incorporating AI/LLM where applicable, safely.
  • Work across diverse technical domains, including API design, event modeling, data modeling, data importing and transmission.
  • Own the full lifecycle of development - from technical discovery and architecture design to implementation, rollout and support.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaborations, effectively integrate customer feedback into the product engineering roadmap, and drive the successful execution and delivery of solutions.
  • Develop mission-critical features, including COBRA administration experiences, an industry-leading ACA filing and reporting system, and more.
