Miltenyi Biotec is seeking to develop innovative and highly interactive software solutions for their analytics application portfolio to enable customers to achieve deep and novel insights in their research, ultimately contributing to the goal of "making cancer history".
Requirements
- C++ and Qt proficiency.
- Experience in writing and reviewing production level source code (C++ and Qt) with skills like multithreading, adding UI widgets, etc.
- Experience in an imaging field like microcopy, image processing or scientific visualization.
- Experience working with biological applications.
- Experience working with GIT/C++ environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features for analysis and visualization within Miltenyi’s highly interactive image and multiomics analysis software, primarily using C++ and Qt.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, commented code with unit tests.
- Perform design reviews, pull requests in a GIT/C++ environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies as a member of a cross-functional agile team.
- Expand your education in relevant topic areas such as the spatial multiomics marketplace to foster innovative.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science;
- Ability to work within an international cross-discipline team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a matrix environment, with demonstrated skills in collaboration.
- Ability to handle more than one task at a time and must work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail.
