Amplitude is seeking a Product Engineer to build new capabilities for its core analytics product, with a focus on Marketing Analytics and AI products, to help companies capture trusted data and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proficient in React and TypeScript for frontend development
- Experienced with Node.js or Python for backend development
- Strong product intuition and proactively identify improvements without being asked
- Comfortable moving fast and making smart tradeoffs
- Curious about AI and excited to shape how it gets surfaced to users
- Experience building analytics platforms or products (bonus)
- Familiar with AI product development (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Build fullstack features with a bias to frontend and UX ownership
- Pair with product managers, designers, and other engineers to rapidly iterate on new ideas and prototypes
- Talk to customers to understand their needs and what we should build to meet their needs
- Build fullstack engineering experience
- Care deeply about design, usability, and building products people love
- Have strong product intuition and proactively identify improvements without being asked
- Be comfortable moving fast and making smart tradeoffs
