Requirements
- You have 2+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-level software
- You're proficient in at least one major programming language and have a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals
- You are a proactive problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to independently tackle coding challenges and own projects from start to finish
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance core communications features
- Own the development of new features and enhancements to our communications platform
- Ensure our systems are robust, secure, and scalable as we reach more patients
- Independently take on and deliver epics and smaller-scoped projects, from initial planning to post-launch maintenance
- Proactively identify metrics to measure the impact of your work on team goals
- Dive into the system to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring our platform maintains high availability and performance
- Identify and address bottlenecks to keep communications running smoothly
