Requirements
- Experience building and launching numerous features, products or systems successfully into the wild and iterated to incorporate user feedback.
- A commitment to quality of code; you will work hard to eliminate unnecessary duplication or awkward workarounds.
- You're passionate about rigorous engineering practices and discipline: code reviews, automated testing, logging, monitoring, alerting, etc.
- Experience working across modern web stacks — from robust backend systems involving thoughtful API design, data modeling, and service architecture to rich, component-based frontends (e.g. React and TypeScript).

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on products that solve real challenges in healthcare—creating seamless, data-driven experiences in collaboration with product, design, data, and clinical teams.
- You’ll work across the stack with a backend focus to improve reliability, scalability, and performance while evolving our architecture and data models.
- Build secure, intuitive sign-in and account experiences for all users.
- Streamline ingestion and processing of partner data to determine program eligibility and ensure smooth integration across systems.
- Develop configurable systems that support complex, scalable program launches.
- Automate workflows that aggregate engagement data and power accurate invoicing, payments, and insurance claims.
- Enhance frameworks for consistent, reliable email and SMS communication with full visibility across the platform.

- 3+ years of industry experience as a software engineer (or equivalent role).
- Effective communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical collaborators: you identify core challenges in complex situations, explain trade offs, and incorporate feedback to make decisions using code reviews, docs, wikis, meetings, and other channels as needed.
- Experience defining product roadmaps in close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and other stakeholders.
