Requirements
- Coding experience in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with Azure AAD Gateway, Evolved Security Token Service (eSTS), and Directory Proxy (DPX)
- Knowledge of authentication and identity management concepts and technologies
- Experience with cloud-based services and platforms, particularly Azure
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for government and enterprise environments
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

- Collaborate closely with teammates to uphold service quality, availability, and reliability.
- Participate in live-site support to continuously improve customer outcomes.
- Provide thoughtful and responsive customer support to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Engage in a regularly scheduled on-call rotation as part of our commitment to service excellence.
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of service development—from design and implementation to testing and production—while working alongside talented engineers who share your commitment to excellence.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience
- Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
