Requirements
- Intermediate to high proficiency in full-stack web development is a requirement for this position as well as years of experience with at least one popular front-end and back-end web framework
- 1-3 years of working experience in web development
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
- Proficient in database design and querying, including advanced knowledge of SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Solid computer science fundamentals are required.
Responsibilities
- Writes code, debugs and performs unit testing in all application layers and data access layer in accordance with RoadRunner’s technical standards.
- Participates in code reviews with manager to ensure accurate code and design techniques are being used and to further technical knowledge.
- Assist in the full software lifecycle activities including project planning, requirement analysis, design, development, quality assurance and documentation.
