CallTrackingMetrics is looking for a Software Engineer II / III to help design, develop, and test cutting-edge technical solutions for their SaaS/UCaaS platform, aiming to drive revenue and improve customer communication experiences through technology, including AI-powered features.
Requirements
- Expert in JavaScript
- Experience manipulating data in MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Proficient with Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, or Rust
- Expert with Git
- Knowledge of Redis
- Strong understanding of web services (REST and APIs)
- Experience following a systematic approach to identify and debug issues within a single service
