Truist is looking to solve complex technical and operational problems within their production support area by delivering technically complex solutions, performing system integration support, and providing end-to-end interface analysis for applications and APIs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience with OpenShift
  • Distributed (Java, OpenShift, AWS, SQL, Middleware services, JSON, etc.)
  • Experience with building monitoring and alerting through Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Experience using web servers, application containers, caching technologies, Gitlab and schedulers.
  • Solid knowledge of relational database design and development using Oracle, SQL, stored procedures, data modeling.
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Professional experience building high-quality apps or services from the ground up and scaling at an enterprise level

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support including complex problem research, analysis, resolution and 24X7 on-call support.
  • Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards, including robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing.
  • Will be responsible for end-to-end interface analysis, rationalization, declaration & definition Deposits applications and APIs production support.
  • Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.
  • Build in and maintain security controls and monitoring in support of company standards.
  • Responsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly, and engage with, the business from the beginning of the design work.
  • Responsible for design, developing, and maintaining automated unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing.

  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information
  • Assist with compliance and audit review activities; comply with Truist standards and complete assigned trainings in timely manner
