Nelnet Business Services (NBS) is looking to enhance its FACTS Student Information System (SIS) by developing and improving product features to better serve K-12 education institutions, requiring a Software Engineer II to contribute to this goal.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise web applications using technologies such as C-Sharp, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, SQL Server, NoSQL databases, JSON, and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Azure Cloud Services (preferred)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and a forward-thinking mindset to help advocate for AI adoption within our SDLC processes.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture
- Experience with Entity Framework and building/test consuming RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of testing techniques (unit, functional, integration, e2e)
