Rippling is looking to solve the problem of managing and automating every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system, by building the core infrastructure, tools, and shared services that allow every other engineering team to ship highly reliable, secure, and globally scalable features with maximum velocity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong exposure to infrastructure, automation, or platform tooling (e.g., using Python/Go, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Focus on engineering efficiency and operational stability, prioritizing platform projects that deliver the highest leverage for the entire company.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where stability and security are paramount, quickly adapting to new technologies and operational needs.
- Excitement to work on complex platform and product infrastructure ideas to internal engineering customers with clarity and precision.
Responsibilities
- Work on the implementation and evolution of core platform infrastructure and shared services.
- Help drive mission critical projects to build and scale core platform capabilities
- Work closely with engineers across the organization to adopt these components to evolve existing products and bring new products to market
- Influence architecture, technology selections, and trends of the whole company
- Build and grow your engineering skills in different challenging areas and solve hard technical problems
