Linxup is looking for a Software Engineer III to architect and build products that customers love, simplifying the complicated for service companies, transportation organizations, and fleet-based businesses. The role involves contributing to the entire software lifecycle to improve fleet management, increase mobile worker productivity, protect drivers, and reduce operating costs.
Requirements
- Strong Java experience required
- SQL experience is required
- Web development experience with HTML and JavaScript is required
- Proficient understanding of code versioning and review tools, specifically Git/Bitbucket
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies is highly preferred
- Spring experience is highly preferred
- Linux experience is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features in a full-stack capacity
- Contribute significantly to application architecture and design
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Work with customer support to identify and resolve reported issues
- Mentor teammates and participate in design and code reviews
Other

- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
