Requirements
- 2 years of experience with software development in C++ programming language.
- 1 year of experience with machine learning, predictive models or Generative AI.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience in experiment design, A/B testing, data mining and data analytics.
- Experience in building and maintaining high-performance content processing and serving infrastructure.
- Experience with Ads quality stacks, including query understanding, predictions, automated bidding, auction, LTV, conversions, logs, and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure best practices amongst available technologies (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency,)
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Implement solutions in one or more specialized Machine Learning (ML) areas, utilize ML infrastructure, and contribute to model optimization and data processing.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
